Lounge: Servisair Lounge, Birmingham Airport and 4 Deck Lounge, Birmingham Airport
Airside or landside? Airside (after Passport Control, it can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card).
Suitable for domestic and international flights: International only
Directions: Servisair: As you go through security, turn immediately left and then left again through the double doors. The Servisair Lounge is on your right hand side.
4Deck: After Security turn immediately left and proceed towards the corridor. Follow signs to the '4Deck Lounge' and continue to the end of the corridor where the lounge is located.
Earliest Arrival: Servisair 05.30; 4Deck 05:00
Arrival before booked time: Entry time into lounge should not exceed 3 hours prior to your flight departure. You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
Lounge closing time: Servisair 21:00; 4Deck 20:00; Saturday 18:00
Dress code: All airport lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.
Smoking permitted? No.
Are Children / Infants permitted? Servisair: Children over 12 years are permitted in this lounge (but are charged as adults)
4Deck: Children and infants are welcome into the 4 DECK lounge (charged as adults), however the lounge expects children and infants to behave at what is considered reasonable behaviour. If other members of the lounge are disrupted by unreasonable behaviour then the lounge staff do hold the right to ask the client's to leave the lounge.
Flight announcements? All airport lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
