Location: Airside (after Passport Control), and lounges can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card
Directions: Servisair Terminal 1: After security turn right and take the lift to the second floor, then follow the signs for the Servisair lounge along the balcony.
Servisair Terminal 3: Go through the doors to Gates 2-55 and follow the signs to Gate 12D. Take the lift to the second floor. Continue through the double doors and the lounge is on the right.
No.1 Traveller Terminal 3: After you have gone through security, follow the walkway to the left of World Duty Free, and then follow signs for airport lounges. The No.1 Lounge at Heathrow is one floor up.
Opening times: Servisair Terminal 1: 06.00 - 22:00; Servisair Terminal 3: 06:30 - 22:30; No.1: 04:30 - 22:30
Arrival before booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
Dress code: All airport lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
Children? At all three lounges children over 12 years accepted but they are charged as adults
Flight announcements? Flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
Facilities: Servisair: TV, Flight Information, Newspapers, Magazines, Payphone, Fax, WiFi. Complementary snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
No.1: This lounge has a bistro style menu with a choice of freshly prepared dishes and light snacks, and a bar serving freshly brewed tea and coffee, juices, smoothies, soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits. There is a breakfast menu has a choice of cereals, natural yoghurt with berry compote & granola and others available with a wide range of choices to suit all needs. The lounge also offers a bistro-style menu from 11:00 with a selection of light, freshly prepared dishes. Treats such as cookies and fresh fruit are also available and there is a spa (treatments subject to extra charge)
