Monarch adds flights to help Kiss passengers
23.08.10
Monarch has announced extra flights and a special discount to help passengers with flight bookings affected by the failure of Kiss last week. Although those already on abroad after taking flights with the failed holiday airline will be flown home, those with forward bookings will receive a refund, but have lost their flights - and therefore their holiday, unless they find new flights.
A number of airlines, including seat only operator Avro, are increasing services to Kiss destinations to take advantage of the demand the failure has created. Monarch has announced five additional flights between Gatwick and Dalaman for next month. In addition, passengers will get £10 off a return fare with the airline by entering the code ‘KISS’ when booking selected flights from 1 November 2010 to 30 April 2011 on routes to Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar or Cyprus.
