New commercial director for Glasgow Airport

Francois Bourienne is the new Commercial Director for Glasgow Airport. He joins from airport retailer Nuance after 4 years at their European headquarters in Zurich, and will be responsible for growing aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue including retail, property and airport car parking.

Mr Bourienne said: ‘The airport has huge potential. There is a large catchment area and a strong tradition of long haul and leisure flights. We must now target more European city routes and routes that have inbound potential. We want people to start their journey to Scotland at our airport. The commercial side of the business also has huge growth potential.’
