Passengers flying with BMI will find it easier to use its self check- in options following an overhaul of the airline's systems by IBM. The technology giant has updated and improved the systems to make the process as quick and easy as possible for passengers using airport kiosks, mobile phones and the internet to check in.
Using the new systems, passengers are able to print out boarding passes, check in for onward flights, change seats and make use of other facilities. The updated systems are available from all of BMI's main bases in the UK, including Heathrow, Manchester and Glasgow.
